excellent stay in prime location
healthy food excellent service
I found the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere at night,. the breakfast had very fresh and healthy foods (especially the croissants!). the service stood out to me. I appreciated the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

my room included a tv with a full set of u. k. channels, which i found very useful. the room size was good, and the ski room was also conveniently sized for storing equipment. the bed was comfortable.

the hotel has a perfect location close to the train station. gornergrat bahn is also nearby. the hotel is located on the high street, a very short walk from the main station.

the hotel features a spa area and a poolwith relaxation options. the lobby and main restaurant presented a big open-plan area. i noticed the hotel was refurbished in 2019.

the location was excellent to access the train station.
The hotel did not advise of demolition adjacent to the hotel which started at 7:30 am each day. This was a main concern.

the hotel location is perfect. it is near the train station. the staff is friendly. the breakfast was amazing.
the building next to it is undergoing demolition. it starts early at 7:30 am.

convenient location matterhorn view helpful staff
the location felt convenient. it was less than a 2 minute walk after i exited the train station. i also loved the beautiful view of the matterhorn from my patio. the hotel staff had my room ready when i arrived.
